Brian received a BS Degree in Forest Management from NCSU.

Passions
I'm passionate about helping one college student at a time obey God's word one verse at a time so we can fulfill the Great Commission in my generation. I enjoy teaching in a one-on-one or small group setting. One of my life verses is 2 Timothy 2:2 that says, "The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." Helping is one of my biggest motivations. I want to help people connect with God, help Christians become more like Jesus Christ, help people become successful in whatever they do (school, evangelism, work, etc.) and help people to become leaders for the Lord.

Likes and Dislikes
Fishing for fish and fishing for people have always been on my "like" list. It's even better if I can do both at the same time. Sports have always given me a place for release. I like playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, golf, football and I've just gotten into racquetball. Generally, if there's anything I can do outdoors, I like it. I enjoy going back to the mountains (that's where I grew up) to camp, fish and work with my family on our farm. I don't like it when I can't fish or when I have to stay inside all day. It's always hard for me to meet and connect with strangers. Long conversations in the coffee shop aren't my specialty either. Let's just get to the point, please. I also don't like it when other people or I are hypocritical or insincere.
