Worship. The very word elicits numerous and varied ideas. Just observe the landscape of churches throughout the country and you will see all kinds of worship styles. In the Bible, there is not really an emphasis put on one kind of worship style. There is, however, a very close connection between worshipping God and serving God. In fact, throughout the Bible the very word "worship" can often be replaced with "serve" and still be correctly translated.

At Pneuma, we too, focus on worshipping and serving. We have chosen to be upbeat in our worship style, because that is most relevant to today's college generation; still, we want people to worship God with their hearts and to reflect that worship in their everyday lives.
